- Verbal or telephonic cancellations will not be accepted.

- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

- Airline ticket cancellations are governed strictly by the respective airline’s cancellation policy.
- In addition to airline charges, SWITCH TO KASHMIR HOLIDAYS may levy a service fee for processing the cancellation.
2.2 Hotels
- Hotel cancellation charges vary as per the hotel’s policy and cancellation window.
- No refunds will be applicable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date.
2.3 Tour Packages
- 30 days or more before travel date: Full refund minus administrative charges
- 20–29 days before travel date: 50% refund of the total package cost
- Less than 20 days before travel date: No refund
3. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

- In such cases, we will make every effort to provide rescheduling or alternative solutions.
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers and may not always be possible.

- Obtaining the correct visa is solely the customer’s responsibility.

- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, including failure to report for tours, hotel check-ins, or scheduled activities.
